The City of West Sacramento requires that every person, firm, corporation, partnership or other business organization occupying real property within the City for business purposes shall obtain a Business License. In addition, similar businesses which are now engaged in business activity but have no fixed place of business in West Sacramento may be required to obtain a Business License. Accordingly, all business organizations, which contemplate doing business in West Sacramento, are required to complete a Business License Application.
