INDUSTRIAL AND MANUFACTURING LOCATIONS The West Sacramento industrial market is the third largest submarket in the Sacramento region. Many business parks offer existing buildings for immediate occupancy as well as entitled land for custom build opportunities. Riverside Commerce Center Riverside Commerce Center is a 75 acre, mixed use business park located at Interstate 80 and Reed Avenue designed for light industrial, flex and office space for leading edge, technology-focused companies. RETAIL DEVELOPMENT SITES Riverpoint Retail Center - an 85-acre regional retail center located on the southeast corner of I-80 and Reed Avenue. The fully entitled Bridge District is envisioned as an extension of the downtown Sacramento core, predominantly with urban offices, commercial and residential uses. The first major development is the 14,500-seat Raley Field baseball stadium, home to the Triple A Sacramento River Cats baseball team. Washington Specific Plan Area The Washington Specific Plan Area is immediately north of the Bridge District and includes substantial Class "A" office space. Twelve-acres of this Plan Area have a planned unit development in place, permitting a mix of office, residential, and retail uses.
