Is Your Company Located in West Sacramento or Are You Planning to Move Here? If you are located in West Sacramento, you can take advantage of state tax credits and deductions by just locating your business in West Sacramento.  The new West Sacramento Enterprise Zone has been approved until January 10, 2023 and is no longer a conditional zone.  You must have an active business license (if required) to apply for Enterprise Zone Tax Credits.

Look up a street address in the TEA here.
The address must be in one of the census tracts to qualify: 101.01, 102.01, 102.03, 102.04 and the portion of 101.02 that is within the city limits.

If you would like to know if an employee qualifies for the hiring tax credit, complete the Voucher Application and submit supporting documentation to the Enterprise Zone Coordinator.
