| The Community Center is now home to West Sacramento’s active aging programs optimizing health, social, and the overall well-being of seniors, 50 plus. In order to enhance the quality of life the Community Center offers a wide variety of services. |

 | Margaret McDowell Lounge
This lounge for our Active Aging is located on the first floor with amenities such as a fireplace, card tables, flat screen television, kitchenette and more. This lounge serves as a daily focal point for senior activities and includes an information, assistance, and consultation office for seniors of our community. |
BLACK BOX THEATER
 The black box is a state of the art, flexible and imaginative theater space. The space includes a full theatrical lighting and sound system as well as an 11 station dressing room. Seating risers are available to set the room to a capacity of 125. This intimate theater is ideal for smaller productions and special events alike

This gallery features high quality displays and artifacts as it describes out community's rich and diverse history.
The use of video screens and a planned inter-active video station will allow the visitor the opportunity to navigate their way through West Sacramento's Past. |
FACILITY RENTALS
 | Community Room
This space serves a variety of functions including classes, banquets and meetings, with seating for up to 120 people. The contemporary, attractive atmosphere is ideal for all occasions. Amenities include a large projections screen, A/V system, podium, catering kitchen, and table & chairs. |  | River & Bridge Rooms
The River and Bridge classrooms will facilitate a wide range of activities from senior programs to art & leisure enrichment classes. These classrooms are approximately 800 square feet each, and can be joined to create one larger room. Amenities include: white board, kitchenette and table & chairs.
