Information regarding rental of Park Facilities
For your convenience, the following is a list of fees associated with the rental of this City facility. The fees are reflective of the City's Book of Fees approved by the City Council in May 2000. Once you have looked through all the rental information you can download and print the Facility Reservation Application/Permit . You should then call the Parks and Recreation Department to set up an appointment to check on the availability of the facility, discuss your event and pay any fees/supply materials as needed. Please note: The following fees are for residents of West Sacramento and does not include the fees for the River Walk Park facilities:

- If you are planning on a large event (more than 50 people), a special event (such as a tournament) or a fundraiser a special event permit will be required. This permit is issued from the Finance Department at City Hall and is $15.00. We will be happy to help you with any questions regarding this permit.
- Reservations for all facilities are processed on a first-come, first served basis. Please call to make an appointment to pay all fees and complete the reservation process since we are unable to accept mailed reservation requests. It is to your advantage to reserve your facility early.
- Insurance is required when using any City facility. The City requires a minimum of one million-dollar liability insurance and also requires an endorsement. When naming the City Additionally Insured, the endorsement should include the phrase "The City of West Sacramento, its employees, elected officials, officers and volunteers." We are unable to accept insurance certificates.
In order to assure that the proper insurance information is received, we request the information at least two (2) weeks prior to your event. If we have not received the accurate paperwork from your insurance carrier 14 calendar days before your event, insurance will need to be purchased in order to submit your permit application. We are aware of a company who will sell a one-day insurance policy. The rate for this insurance is determined by a number of factors, which we will explain to you if you need to use this option. For your convenience, we have the necessary paperwork from this company in our office.
