During this challenge you’ll implement 6 daily habits that will help to get and keep you on track. Our team of Certified Personal Trainers and Health Coaches work together to create a supportive and educational environment that will keep you motivated throughout the challenge. Through weekly educational topics, expert guest speakers, workouts, nutrition coaching and more you’ll have the support you need to reach your goals! This challenge was designed for people of all shapes and sizes so whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain or overall increased health and wellness you can join our challenge to reach your personal goals!

This is a group challenge where you will meet a lot of other people dealing with the same challenges as you. You will meet weekly with your team and trainer but it should not be confused with one-on-one personal training (you do get a discount though!).
