Have you tried to lose weight before, but got it back two fold?  Have you started a "diet" that worked, but you got all the weight back when you started your old eating habits? Are you ready to start feeling good physically and mentally?  The Fitness Challenge has been developed for people of all shapes, sizes and ages. If you think you have unhealthy habits, need help motivating into an a exercise routine, or are looking for a healthy way to lose weight and keep it off, sign up for the West Sacramento Recreation Center Fitness Challenge! The Fitness Challenge is headed and motivated by our personal trainers and Exercise & Wellness staff, with the assistance of the rest of the Recreation Center team. This 6 week challenge will help you make the lifestyle changes you need to become a healthier you.

Have you ever watched “The Biggest Loser”? The concept of this challenge is similar, but your goals will be based on points not body fat percentage. This Fitness Challenge is for anyone that is serious about getting healthy.


When: April 20 - June 5, 2017
Official 1st meeting on Monday, April 24th at 6:45pm
*Beginning May 1st, weekly check-in meetings every Monday at 6:00pm highly recommended!

Who: All Recreation Center Pass Holders

How much? $174 + a valid Rec Center pass (see the pass prices)

This is a group challenge where you will meet a lot of other people dealing with the same challenges as you.  You will meet weekly with your team and trainer but it should not be confused with one-on-one personal training (you do get a discount though!).
