This project is located in the North area (north of Deep Water Channel) and is bound by Jefferson Blvd to the east, Stone Blvd to the south, Park Blvd to the west and 15th St to the north.

Project Description:                                                                                                      

This project has several objectives that include street pavement rehabilitation and replacement of water & sanitary sewer mains.  The street rehabilitation will consist of milling existing pavement and the placement of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA), slurry sealing, chip sealing, re-striping, removal & replacement of curb and gutter (partially) and associated ADA retrofits.  Thermoplastic striping and markings will be installed and potholes & failed street sections will be dug out and re-constructed.   

 Additionally, this project will be replacing over 12,000 linear feet of water and sewer mains that have been identified for replacement in the 2015 Water and Sanitary Sewer Master Plans.
