What do I need to view the City of West Sacramento Council Meeting?
The minimum requirement is Microsoft Windows Media Player 6.4. If you have Windows 98, 2000, or Windows ME we suggest you download Microsoft Media Player 7.1.

I use Netscape 4.x and I can't see the Council Meeting what should I do?
You need to download the Windows Media Player plug-in for Netscape Navigator from Microsoft. During installation, Windows Media Player 6.4 will automatically install the plugin if it detects that Netscape Navigator is already on your PC. If you installed Netscape Navigator 4.x after Windows Media Player, you will need to install this plugin manually or re-install Windows Media Player 6.4

I use Netscape 6.x and I have the Media Player 6.4 plugin and it still won't work, what should I do?
Unfortunately Netscape Navigator 6.x doesn't support the Navigator 4.x plugin model. In order to view Council Meeting, you will need to either re-install Navigator 4.x or use Internet Explorer to view the meetings.

I use Mac OS 8.1 or later, which Media Player should I use?
You will need the Windows Media Player 7.01. If you do not have it, you can download it here.

I'm not using the Windows or Mac operating system, which player is right for me?
We suggest you go the Windows Media Player download center, and find the appropriate player for your system.
