DESCRIPTION
Has the powers and duties prescribed by city ordinance and state statute, including Planning and Zoning law, the Subdivision Map Act, CEQA; is designated as the board of permit appeals for decisions of the zoning administrator; is the board of zoning adjustment. This decision making body receives a small compensation for particpation.  The Commission meets twice a month in the Council Chambers.  All meetings are televised on Charter Cable.
