The proposed building is designed in a European contemporary style, is one story with a “two story” parapet appearance, features multiple material palettes with bold coloring, and features a “pealed” wall between the two tenant spaces. The proposal also includes anodized aluminum window detailing and entry features.The project site is located on 0.88 acres in the Riverpoint Marketplace development, at 725 Riverpoint Court; approximately 800 feet south of Reed Avenue and 500 feet west of Harbor Boulevard.
The public comment period on this item is open from February 16, 2007 through March 2, 2007. Public comments may be addressed to the Design Review Administrator.
