Recycling Newsletters

The Refuse & Recycling Division publishes a quarterly newsletter for distribution in the city utility bills.  The newsletter is used as a means to share program information and updates with West Sacramento residents.  All of the newsletters are provided here for those that do not receive a city utility bill.  Please note that some of this information is time sensitive and may have changed.*
