Automatic Payment Service
Simplify your life with the City of West Sacramento Automatic Payment
Service.
The City of West Sacramento’s Automatic
Payment Service (APS) lets you pay your City utility bill automatically
– on time – without writing or mailing a check.
Sign up for APS and your City utility
bill payment will be automatically deducted from your bank account.
You will continue to receive your regular billing statement, and
there’s plenty of time to contact the City
with any questions before your payment is made.
Two ways to sign up for APS –
Sign up online.
1. Create a My City Account
and sign in.
2. Click on Member Services, then Utility billing.
3. Add your account(s) information and create auto debit.
4. Check your billing statement to verify that your APS has been
started. (Allow 6 – 8 weeks.)
Or
Download the APS
application. To download the APS application
you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.
1. Download
and complete the APS application.
2. Write “VOID” on one of your checks.
3. Mail your application and voided check with this month’s utility
payment.
4. Check your billing statement to verify that your APS has been
started. (Allow 6 – 8 weeks.)

Online Bill Payment
You can pay your utility bill online!
Three easy steps to paying your bill online:
1. Create My
City Account and sign in.
2. Click on Member Services, then Utility Billing.
3. Add your account(s) information and then pay your bill!
Payments will be posted on the bank
settlement date. (You should process payments
at least five days before the billing due date to avoid a late fee.)
