CLUB WEST is an after school teen program for students in the 6th, 7th and 8th grade and has providing programming in West Sacramento since 1991. Through out the year CLUB WEST sponsors monthly dances, and trips which include: Disneyland, Magic Mountain, Knott's Berry Farm, Six Flags Marine World, Roller and Ice Skating, San Francisco, Sunsplash Water Park, movie nights, and more, also provided are leadership conferences, craft club, Club West Committee, Cheerleading, Mentoring, Summer Teen Camp, Club Live, daily snack bar, game room, tournaments, extended hours on minimum days, phones, use of computers for homework, and more.
CLUB WEST TEEN CENTER HOURS:
Monday through Friday --- 2:30 PM. - 6:00 PM. (12:45 - 6:00 p.m. on minimum days).
Club West is closed on all City and school holidays.

Throughout the Year with CLUB WEST!
Dances
The most popular teen activity are the monthly dances. All dances are planned around a theme, and are held at Club West, Riverbank School or the Civic Center. There is a minimal fee to participate at the dances. The times of the dances are typically 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. The year starts with the 80's Dance, Valentine's Dance, Freaky Friday, Fun-Fest, Spring Fling, Peanut Butter & Jam, 7th and 8th Grade Celebration, IndepenDANCE, Beach Party, Disco Inferno, Monster Mash, Fall-Fest Ball, and Winter Blast.
Most dances offer dance contests, raffles, food, formal pictures, interactive games and more.
Monthly Tournaments
Club West holds monthly tournaments for pool, foosball, basketball, air hockey and chess. Each month attendance winners at Club West have their names engraved on annual plaques displayed at Club West.
Trips
Throughout the year, club members enjoy weekend trips including ice skating, roller skating, San Francisco, Six Flags Marine World, Santa Cruz, snow boarding, down hill skiing, Disneyland, Magic Mountain, Knott’s Berry Farm, Golfland Sun Splash Water Park, and more. |
