About Special Recreation

The Adaptive Recreation program (or SPARK as it is called by its participants) is designed to provide residents, 14 or older, with special needs the opportunity to participate in recreation and leisure activities designed for their needs and interests. These activities provide the opportunity for positive social interaction, fun and celebration.  It's easy to get involved and we look forward to seeing more individuals joining in the fun. The SPARK program is designed for individuals who are able enjoy themselves in a 1:5 staff-to-participant ratio.  For more information, please email us at  or call our SPARK Hotline at 617-4637.
