Is there a street light in your neighborhood that is out or not functioning properly? Let us help!

You must have the following information available:

  • The pole number (visible at eye level)
  • The nearest address and street name
  • The nearest cross street
  • Public or private street?
  • Metal pole, wood pole, or other?
  • Broken, burnt out, flickers, other?
  • Access problems (bushes, dogs, etc.)
  • an email address (if by computer)

BY COMPUTER:
Please link here to PG&E's web page to contact them directly. Their web page will invite you to fill out a repair order form. You will have a choice of a single light form or a multi-light form. PG&E will email you their response. If PG&E emails that repairs must be made by the city, simply call us at 617-4620 for further directions and the city will repair the light.

BY PHONE:
Call Parks & Recreation at 617-4620 to report the light(s). We will ask you the questions on the PG&E form and email the report from our office. It's as simple as that!
