Juneteenth Celebration

Join the City of West Sacramento for the 4th Annual Juneteenth Celebration on Friday, June 12 from 5:30–8:30 p.m. at Bridgeway Lake Community Park.
This free community event will feature activities, music, performances, raffle prizes, live art, and more. The first 200 attendees will receive a $10 food truck voucher and a tote bag. Free Via rideshare will be available, and the spray ground will be open late.
Featured performers include Jahri’s World, Tina B. & Sacramento Soul Line Dancers, C.I.E. Confidence is Everything Stomp & Shake, Fortune Panthers Marching Band, and live art by Danitta Nelson.
Persons with a disability, or caretakers of a person with a disability, who need an accommodation to participate in the City’s programs, services, activities, and meetings should email ada@cityofwestsacramento.org at least 72 hours before an event to request an auxiliary aid or accommodation.
Transportation & Parking
There is limited parking at Bridgeway Lakes Community Park. Residents are encouraged to walk, bike, carpool or Via rideshare to the event.
The West Sacramento Parks & Recreation Department Community Center organizes this event.
