Party in the Park - Community Celebration
A free fun-filled event for everyone!

 

📅 Saturday, July 11 from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
📍 1755 Evergreen Ave., West Sacramento
Party in the Park will feature family-friendly activities, treats, giveaways, and first 300 attendees can receive a food truck voucher.
Explore the park's new amenities, including a skateboard park, pickleball courts, a spray ground, and more!
Westacre Park officially opens with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, July 9 at 11 a.m.


Westacre Park Amenity Hours
Reservations are not available at this time. All park amenities are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Westacre Park amenities may operate on separate schedules. Please note the following hours when planning your visit:

Park Hours
West Sacramento parks are open from dawn to dusk unless otherwise authorized by a special permit.

Park Restroom Hours
March through October: 7:30 a.m. – 7 p.m.
November through February: 8:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Closed Holidays.

Pickleball & Futsal Court Hours
Daily: 7 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Spray Ground Regular Seasonal Hours
Friday, July 10 – Monday, September 7: Daily, 12 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Tuesday, September 8 – Sunday, September 27: Daily, 1 p.m. – 7 p.m.

Event Parking & Transportation
During Party in the Park, the parking lot will be closed for event activities and will not be available for public parking. Limited accessible parking will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Street parking is available. Additional first-come, first-served parking will be available at the WUSD District Office lot located at the corner of Westacre Road and Evergreen Avenue, as well as in the Yolo High School parking lot at 919 Westacre Road.

Free bicycle valet will be provided by Sacramento Area Bicycle Advocates. Attendees are also encouraged to use rideshare West Sac VIA on-demand transit service to travel to and from the event.

ADA Accommodation
Persons with a disability, or caretakers of a person with a disability, who need an accommodation to participate in the City’s programs, services, activities, and meetings should email ada@cityofwestsacramento.org at least 72 hours before an event to request an auxiliary aid or accommodation.
