Grand Gateway Development
The most promising urban infill site in the region, public improvements prepared the City-owned “Grand Gateway” parcels at the corner of Tower Bridge Gateway and Garden Street for mixed use development consistent with the Grand Gateway Master Plan.
Later this year, Economic Development and Housing will issue an RFQ/RFP for development of this City property.
