Down Payment Assistance Available for Qualifying Applicants

The City of West Sacramento is pleased to announce a Homebuyer Assistance Program for current West Sacramento residents for persons who currently work full-time in West Sacramento who have also been approved by the Wells Fargo NeighborhoodLIFT® Program.  Qualified applicants may receive $20,000 in down payment assistance for the purchase of a home located in West Sacramento. Preference will be given to persons currently living in West Sacramento and applicants must be at or below the Area Median Income (AMI) for Yolo County to be eligible.
