"Senior Phone a Friend" program

COVID-19 phone call

Yolo Healthy Aging Alliance has a new program being offered to seniors who are in need of connection during this time. Current health recommendations require everyone to stay home to stay safe. In particular, seniors may be more likely to be socially isolated and are most at risk for adverse outcomes if exposed to COVID-19. To support those seniors isolated at home, the Yolo Healthy Aging Alliance has a new program - “YHAA Phone Friends for Seniors” - to decrease isolation and connect seniors to needed services.

You can sign up to receive calls or volunteer to make calls at this website: Senior Phone a Friend.
