City Hall reopens to public
City Hall reopened to the public Monday, June 22 with modified services.
All visitors must wear face coverings and enter through the north side front door and exit through the west side door to City Hall.
Once inside, visitors must report to the security desk where a symptom check will be performed before being allowed to their destination. Those exhibiting a fever or other COVID-19 indicators will not be allowed into City Hall offices.
Walk-ins are allowed on the first floor for utility bill payments and related business. Access to the second floor Building counter and other City departments on all floors is by appointment only. Please call 916-617-4683 for the Building and Planning Divisions, and click here for the Department directory.
All visitors must maintain social distancing and follow designated path marking and signs while traveling through City Hall. Plexiglass barriers are installed at the security desk and all public counters.
We appreciate the public’s patience with these modifications as we slowly but safely reopen City Hall. Note that the Community Center and Recreation Center will remain closed until at least July 5.
