FEES ADJUSTMENTS WILL GO INTO EFFECT NOVEMBER 1, 2025

The Community Development and Fire Departments are adjusting the user fees for many services and permits. The updated fees were recently approved by the City Council and are associated with Building, Planning, Development Engineering, Code Enforcement, Sustainability and Fire Prevention. Please note that development impact fees and fees collected on behalf of other agencies (such as the Washington Unified School District and Yolo County) were not included in this update.

The fee adjustments will go into effect on November 1, 2025.  Fee adjustments were necessary to cover costs and focus on continued improvements to provide customers with ongoing excellent service.
