Residential Accessibility Modification Program (RAMP)
The Residential Accessibility Modification Program (RAMP) provides a one-time grant of up to $30,000 to eligible owner-occupied residents who require accessibility improvements to their property. Grant funding may be used to hire licensed contractors, when applicable, to complete a variety of home modifications that improve accessibility and support safe, long-term independent living. The City's RAMP is being administered by Thurmond Consulting. Please contact Thurmond Consulting for additional information.

How to Apply
To apply for the Residential Accessibility Modification Program (RAMP):
- Complete the program application
- Gather all required supporting documents
- Submit the completed application package to Thurmond Consulting for review
- Thurmond Consulting's staff will contact eligible applicants regarding next steps

Inclusionary Housing Ordinance
