The City of West Sacramento offers a few utility rate assistance programs for persons or families requiring some help with rising utility rates.

Eligible customers can save money on water, sewer, and garbage bills, depending on eligibility criteria.

 

 

Rate Assistance Programs Through the City

Each utility account can only have one city discount program applied at a time.  The Sewer Lifeline Rate Assistance Program through SacSewer, with information in the section following city programs, is separate and may be applied along with another discount program if eligible.

Sewer Lifeline Rate Assistance Program through SacSewer

City of West Sacramento residents may also qualify for sewer rate assistance.

This program provides eligible low-income SacSewer customers a savings on some of their sewer bill.
