Active Aging is proud to collaborate with many support services for seniors. We recognize that with aging comes increased vulnerability due to loneliness, diminishing mental and physical capabilities, willingness to trust others, and assets accumulated over a lifetime of work. These services include:

The City of West Sacramento Information & Assistance

Information & Assistance is available by appointment with a Senior Information Specialist. This service helps connect older adults with resources and referrals that support health, independence, and quality of life.

Referral topics may include Medicare assistance through HICAP, HEAP, legal services, food assistance, eyeglass vouchers, tax assistance, and other community resources.

The Yolo County District Attorney's Elder Protection Unit
