During weekday hours the facility is busy with Active Aging programs for seniors ranging from crafts to wellness activities. The facility hosts after-school enrichment classes, and its various-sized meeting rooms are the setting of community rentals ranging from professional workshops and board meetings to graduations and celebrations of life. The West Sacramento Historical Society maintains a museum-quality exhibit space illustrating the City’s history.  The arts are alive within the building's rotating visual art exhibits within Gallery 1075 and a rentable Black Box Theater where community, regional, and professional performances are staged.
