The Sycamore Trail extension at Joey Lopes Park is almost complete—and we’re excited to announce the return of our community garden plots as part of the revitalized space!

After a full rebuild, seven garden plots will be available for local residents starting in late May. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow your own food, meet neighbors, and be part of a greener West Sacramento.

Garden Update: All garden plots have been for the 2025/2026 gardening season. Please reach out if you are interested in joining the waitlist, and you will be notified once plots become available. 

Please note that gardeners in good standing are invited to renew their plot agreements annually, plots assignments are not erased at the end of the year.
