By popular demand we have extended the Fall Fitness Challenge to be 10 weeks rather than 6! The goal will be to help get through some holidays with extra support! Our team of Certified Personal Trainers and Health Coaches work together to create a supportive and educational environment that will keep you motivated throughout the challenge. Through weekly educational topics, expert guest speakers, workouts, nutrition coaching and more you’ll have the support you need to reach your goals! This challenge was designed for people of all shapes and sizes so whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain or overall increased health and wellness you can join our challenge to reach your personal goals!
When: September 24-December 3rd - 10 Week Program!
1st official meeting on Monday, October 1st, but plan on attending the September 24th meeting to get measurements completed and additional information.
Meeting are Mondays at 6:00pm: October 1st-22nd weekly check-in meetings & October 22nd-December 3rd bi-weekly check-in meetings
Who: All Recreation Center Pass Holders
How much? $240 + a Valid Rec Center Pass (See the Pass Prices)

This is a group challenge where you will meet a lot of other people dealing with the same challenges as you. You will meet weekly and then bi-weekly with your team and trainer but it should not be confused with one-on-one personal training (you do get a discount though!).
