Our team of Certified Personal Trainers and Health Coaches work together to create a supportive and educational environment that will keep you motivated throughout the challenge. Through weekly educational topics, expert guest speakers, workouts, nutrition coaching and more you’ll have the support you need to reach your goals! This challenge was designed for people of all shapes and sizes so whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain or overall increased health and wellness you can join our challenge to reach your personal goals!

Winter -  January 14-March 11, 2019
Spring - April 15-June 3rd, 1st official meeting on Monday, April 22nd but "Not Sure" meeting on April 15th at 6pm. 

Regular meetings are Mondays at 6:00pm

Who: All Recreation Center Pass Holders

How much? $174 + a Valid Rec Center Pass (See the Pass Prices)

What's included? Weekly scripted workouts, weekly workouts with group, nutrition consulting, meal plans, recipes, fitness assessments, discounts on personal training, tons of prizes and more.

This is a group challenge where you will meet a lot of other people dealing with the same challenges as you. You will meet weekly and then bi-weekly with your team and trainer but it should not be confused with one-on-one personal training (you do get a discount though!).
