The City of West Sacramento offers a variety of Facilities for event rentals. Once your application is reviewed by that facility rentals coordinator, you will be contacted on how to proceed.

The Boathouse at Bridgeway Lakes is available throughout the year, with limitations in the summer, fall and holidays. With its beautiful setting next to the lake and location within Bridgeway Lakes Park, this is an ideal venue for birthdays, bridal and baby showers, meetings, or intimate weddings. This location is ideal for smaller gatherings of 75 guests or less, parking is limited, and spots are shared with park users.

The Community Center has four rentable spaces. Two classroom-style rooms for small meetings or presentations. A large community room with a prep kitchen for awards ceremonies or large parties, and the Black Box Theater for small concerts and theatrical performances. 

The Recreation Center offers Rockwall parties year-round and pool parties during the summer. 

The City is not accepting rental reservations for the City Hall Galleria or meeting rooms. For questions, please contact Ana De Luna with the Parks & Recreation Department at anad@cityofwestsacramento.org

Our parks have an array of sports amenities, such as small backstops, horseshoe pits, and volleyball poles, that can be used on a first-come, first-serve basis. For more information about the facility/park or rental rates, please contact the Parks & Recreation Department at (916) 617-4620.
