Caltrans real time quick map road conditions
From the Bay Area or Davis
- Take Interstate 80 (I-80) East toward Sacramento.
- Take the Downtown Sacramento/Jefferson Blvd exit in West Sacramento.
- Follow signs for Jefferson Blvd and head toward the stadium.
From Sacramento
- Take Interstate 80 (I-80) West toward West Sacramento.
- Take exit 3 after crossing the river toward Jefferson Blvd/S River Rd and follow the signs to the stadium.
From Downtown Sacramento
- Drive west toward the Tower Bridge (near the State Capitol).
- Cross the Tower Bridge into West Sacramento.
- Follow signs for Sutter Health Park, which will be on your left shortly after crossing the bridge.
From the North (coming from I-5)
- Take Interstate 5 (I-5) South toward Sacramento.
- As you pass old Sacramento, take exit 518 to merge onto US-50 toward San Francisco.
- Take exit 3 after crossing the river toward Jefferson Blvd/S River Rd and follow the signs to the stadium.
Parking Reservations
Purchase pre-paid parking passes in advance of the game. Guarantees a spot, provides easier access, and skips the parking payment chaos.
River Cats Game Parking Reservations
For help with the parking website, contact ACE Parking at (415) 398-1900.
All ACE Parking lots open 3 hours prior to the scheduled start of the game and will remain open 90 minutes following the game. The Ziggurat will open 2 hours prior to the start of the game and will remain open 60 minutes following the event.
Day-Of Parking
Day-of parking may be limited depending on remaining availability. All parking lots accept debit and credit card payments only. Cash is not accepted.
Street Parking
Street parking around the ballpark is limited and primarily intended for non-baseball parking. Please visit the West Sacramento Parking Services page for details.
Accessible Parking
On-site accessible parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the VIP Green Lot. Additional accessible parking is available in the main lot, next to the Green Lot. You must have a valid ADA placard visible upon entrance to the lot. If you have questions about our accessible parking, please contact ACE Parking at sutterhealthparking@aceparking.com
Street parking around the ballpark is limited and primarily intended for non-baseball parking. Baseball parking at designated off-street lots can be reserved in advance by visiting the official parking reservation web page.
To reduce traffic and parking congestion, special event parking rates will apply during all games. For A's games, a $39 special event rate applies two hours before an event through the end of the event for on-street parking transactions exceeding two hours. For River Cats games, the standard rate of $22.25 applies to on-street parking transactions exceeding two hours.

The map below highlights the post-game road closures and routes for Bridge District resident access.
During the post-game (30 minutes before end of game to 60 minutes after end of game) the following road closures will be in place for ALL vehicles to facilitate the safe and efficient egress of event traffic:
- Cabaldon Parkway eastbound between 5th Street and 3rd Street/Riverfront Street
- Riverfront Street southbound between Cabaldon Parkway and Ballpark Drive
- 5th Street southbound between Cabaldon Parkway and Ballpark Drive
Additional closures may be in place, but access will be provided to residents with a pass:
- 3rd Street southbound between G Street and Cabaldon Parkway
- South River Road northbound at 15th Street
Bridge District residents are recommended to use the freeway to the South River Road - 5th Street Exit, or enter from the south at South River Road, to Enter the Bridge District at Mill Street. No resident access is provided from Cabaldon Parkway.
How to Use Your Pass
- When you reach a resident-allowed road closure (South River Road at 15th Street, or 3rd Street at G Street) present your pass to the traffic control officer.
- The officer may allow you to proceed through the select closure.
- For public safety, vehicles without a valid pass will not be permitted to bypass road closures.
This pass does not grant any additional privileges, including parking privileges.

Recommended routes for Bridge District residents
- Option 1: From the East, North, South (e.g. Sacramento), take US 50 WB off-ramp → 5th Street → Mill Street → Riverfront Street
- Option 2: From the West (e.g. West Sacramento, Davis), take US 50 EB off-ramp → Jefferson Blvd → 15th Street → South River Road → Mill Street → Riverfront Street.
Special Event Parking Rate

5th & Bridge Lot
To prevent unauthorized event parking, the 5th & Bridge Lot will have a security officer on-site.
Bus
Yolobus route 42 from Davis, West Sacramento and downtown Sacramento makes stops adjacent to the ballpark on Cabaldon Parkway.
Train
Amtrak runs daily Capitol Corridor trains between the Bay Area and Sacramento.
Sutter Health Park provides bike racks near the Suite Entrance for guests and also has free bike valet service on Ballpark Drive.
Tailgating is permitted within the Sutter Health Park parking lots as long as it is confined to your parking space and does not interfere with parking procedures. In accordance with West Sacramento City Ordinance, guests may not consume alcohol in the parking lots or in their vehicles, nor may they possess an open container of alcohol. Tailgating at Ziggurat Garage and other non-Sutter Health Park parking locations is strictly prohibited.
